Hey there,  I’m Mel Semmler and along with my husband Carl, we are the people behind the Life Club.

Life Club is a boutique functional training club that caters for all fitness levels and age groups. 

Our space has been designed with a unique interior that offers more than any regular gym, with loads of floor space a weights room, kids play area and our amazing coffee bar area.

Our sessions will be focusing on all aspects of fitness including strength, cardio, stretch and recovery.  

Our mission is to be an inclusive group based club that allows any individual (age, gender and fitness levels) to continuously progress physically and mentally in all aspects of their life. 

You will dig our vibe in the club. Walk in and leave Life at the door!
