Mondays are Sweat Sprint
Short, sharp and fast. High-intensity intervals designed to push you and get the most out of a short session.Thursday are Sweat Engine
Build your engine. Longer efforts, steady intensity, and full-body conditioning to improve endurance and work capacity. -
A combination of strength and cardio training using whole body movements such as squats, deadlifts, pressing and pulling. Combining these movements with running, rowing, ski erg, assault biking, kettlebells, dumbbells and so much more! If you’re looking for the full fitness package, this is the class for you.

A circuit class that combines resistance and body weight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.

For those looking to really focus on and tune into their technique and gain strength. A slower paced class. Better movement = more weight. More weight = stronger, healthier, happier, confident and capable LIFE CLUBBERS.
